Q. How many guest can I invite?
A. 15 to 25 kids, depending on the party package chosen (any additional child is $5). Anyone under the age of 24 months and over the age of 14 is not included in the kid count.
The total party size including children and adults needs to be 60 and under
Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. We have done our best to accomodate all of our customer's request for a variety of food options.We're PROUDLY having JOJO'S cater all of our parties so you can choose from pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads from the menu page. You may bring in your own party platters such as 1 fruit tray, 1 veggie tray, 2 bags of chips w/ dip and your own cake or cupcakes (no ice cream please.). If you are bringing your own drinks, it must be in an ice chest. All foods allowed must be prepared (fruit & veggies cut) and ready to serve. Any other outside food is not allowed. A $75 charge will be issued to those not following this rule. No exceptions.
Q. When do you need to know the head count?
A. We call you three days prior to your party date to get all food orders.
Q. What if my head count changes after I have placed my pizza order?
A. Depending on your party time, we may be able to change pizza orders - please just give us a call.
Q. How many slices are in 1 order of pizza?
A. Each large order of pizza has 12 slices.
Q. Why do I have to arrive 15 min. early?
A. Both host and guest should arrive 15 min early to allow for the safety briefing and to make sure all guests have filled out a waiver. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party time.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. You may bring in plates cups napkins, balloons,party hats, goodies bags, throw away tablecloths, and 1 banner to be hung . NO CUPCAKE HOLDERS. Any other items brought in will be charged 25 dollars. No exceptions.
Q. Is there a deposit to book a party?
A. Yes, every party requires a $75 non refundable deposit to hold date. This can be done in person or over the phone. You may change your party date 10 days prior to another date and time available during that calendar year .
